mystic map request

Every day I get a request from one of my neighbors to send a mystic map. How is he/she requesting this? I don't have that option. I am level 69, they are level 74 I think.

You get a map request button when you expand for land but don't have enough maps, I'm guessing you haven't expanded yet?

I am an idiot lol. I have expanded many times but I always waited until I had enough maps on my own!!! Well, not anymore! Thanks, this will open up space much quicker��
