Connection problems

I haven't been able to play Dragon story since 1o'clock today and it is now 11 at night :( I'm able to play all other storm games bakery, restaurant, fashion & farm another internet based game pixel *** and clearly can use the internet to write here. Its not just today, it happens everyday but the past week I've been locked out longer than usual. Its very frustrating. I've uninstalled & reinstalled loads of times and restarted my moto g android phone and also done all this on my Samsung tablet too as the exact same thing is happening on that. Please someone help thank you :)

Did you clear cache? force stop? clear data?

This is what support will tell you to do..

This happened to me once... Go to settings on your phone and disconnect your wifi or internet.. Wait a few minutes. Then reconnect.

I've been having the same issue on and off since android got the battle arena, but last week I've been completely unable to log into the game. Sadly I have no solution to offer you. I did everything (clearing cache and data, reinstalling, turning the phone off and on, turning wifi and 3g off and on) and nothing works.
