When I tap on the water glasses over customers' heads, it jumps to the water cart without serving water. Virtual draught?

When I tap on the water glasses over customers' heads, it jumps to the water cart without serving water. Virtual draught?

Hi there! We have been able to tap on the Customers asking for water, and the water will be given to them. Please make sure that your Water Cart is ready to be clicked on (green check mark) to have 3 servings of water added. Is this still occurring in your game right now?
