No Longer Receiving Gems For Leveling Up

I really LOVE the ability to watch video ads and receive Gems. Thank you for that! But now my bakery no longer receives a Gem for each time I level-up on a bakery item. I've lost out on 5 Gems, so far, because of this glitch. :( Please fix this as soon as possible. If not fixed soon, I will stop preparing items until there is a fix.
