It is hard for me to tell if that is a symbol, number?
That maybe why I don't have something in the correct place.
Being covered up by something way too small or too big.

I think it might be the new Storm 8 logo, which includes both an S and an 8 in one symbol. :D

It is an amalgamation of both the s and the 8.
