New update same problem

After this update - I can't zoom out. This happened last time! Please fix.

What happened with the Game?? I cannot Zoom Out! The Game is Zoomed In so close to my Island, even Visiting Neighbors Islands with how close it is, is a Nightmare!! YES, I KNOW how to Zoom Out, but it won't go past a certain Point!

I can't zoom out, either, anymore, after the latest update. This happened previously, and I hope TL will fix this again!

It seems the tournament reset issue was just fixed (fingers crossed) as I am now back to the level I was at before being reset to level 1. Now however the zoom out looks to be an issue again, like it was during the previous update. Pls adjust so I can max zoom out & see as much of island as possible. During the last update my mining was also affected if you can check that also I'd appreciate it.

Well this is sad. Zoom out doesn't work, and I was up to stage 15 in tournament, and now it has reset back to 1.

Came to the Forum to see if others are having the same problem and I see this is also bothering others. I have to say I also do not like not being able to zoom out. I don't like having to drag the screen around to search for everything. Please, please get this fixed ASAP.

I am having the same issue. My tournament is back to the correct level, but I still can't zoom out. I am playing on Android, have uninstalled app, reinstalled, cleared cache, rebooted, hard reset, but nothing has made it work. I feel like the display settings for the island are being pushed at the wrong size.

TL, please let me know if you need anymore data.

hi my storm id is shaz2469 my android devise is a samsung galaxy tab 4 .4.2 i cant zoom in or out the tornement keeps put me back 2 the start im not happy with this at all it all started last nite.I avdone everything wat i av seen unistalled it switched it off gone bk 2 the old version and nothing is working plz help me with this thank you. The version is pool party i am lvl 58 and my isles is called shaz i am sick of this i hope ur going 2 do something about this never ad aproblem with any other game i might just leave but i luv this game so much it is addictive lol

It's getting on my nerves so deeply!!! Today I saw that there's a new update, I regret installing it massively!!!

What a scam, TeamLava please THINK before doing any **** ok!

What did they have in their heads, making such a bad change? Which advantages did they think we have from this?
When I want to see everything as near, I would take a magnifier glass!

It's like we would look a movie and sit 10 cm in front of the TV. Why did they take us the possibility to zoom out, really WHICH ADVANTAGE brings it to make a change where something isn't adjustable anymore?

This way the game makes no fun!!!!!

It's complicated to collect the gold and I hate this view where I can't see my isles completely.

Absolutely unnecessary! I regret to have installed it and if I would have known this, I would never have made this senseless update.

Please team lava sort out the lack of zoom out facility, it makes the game difficult to play in so many ways , from checking on all dragons and visiting neighbours on high levels where it's really difficult to check all their islands to be able to play with the dragons to benefit them all ......
I play on a standard size iPad with a reasonable size screen so those on a phone will struggle even more
Just give us all the zoom out we used to have ASAP

Hi DS staff.. Just updated dragon story. Unfortunately still not able to zoom out on my game. I have uninstalled, shut down my phone, turned phone back on, reinstalled app, shut down phone, turned phone back on, opened game. I repeated this twice. Sadly...when trying to zoom out its not working. :( Thought it was time I left a message here. I'm an android user.
