Why don't I have all the foods that the stoves should have? Some people have different foods with same stoves or ovens?

The non-basic appliances generally have the same dishes across the board. The stove, oven and grill (mostly the stove &oven)have some variation due to how long you've been playing. First, because some recipes unlock as you level up, and second, because some recipes went with certain versions of the game, like the bagel cafe version in google play store adds 2 bagel dishes to basic stove, so if you never downloaded that version, you won't have those 2 recipes.(that's an android explanation, which is the system I'm on, others will have to explain ios answers.)
