Vineyard no longer dropping upgrade items

I'd really like to complete a mother's concern but the past couple times the vineyard hasn't dropped any corks or barrels. Is this just me or is it doing the same thing for everyone?

I think this is standard for timed events. Once the event is over, the event-specific buildings no longer drop event-specific items.

For this event i make my alarm for every 3 hours, so i'm not slipped my chances to collect it. For level 10 u need 80 upgrade items, so it's pain if u miss ur chances to collect from your vineyard. For me the corks are the hardest items to get. And i have a bad feeling if I'm not accomplished it before the time expired. u need a bunch of gems to finish it. Well, beat me now it happens.

The Vineyard can now only be upgraded with gems as the event has concluded.

'A Mother's Concern' will need to expire if it's still in your goal book. You cannot complete this goal now.
