So, not only can I not do the tourney on my 2nd acct (still stuck on rd 2), but it's affecting my collecting sunbeams since I can't battle. If I can't battle, I can't collect the 2 sunbeams from that...plus I didn't get my sunbeams from my sand bucket & my air dragon twice! Getting really frustrated! I hate doing tourney and/or events & not being able to get the dragons on both accts! Plus,I haven't been able to breed anything new on the 2nd acct in a while now...have been trying for teacup, twilight & now charisma...can't get any of them (doesn't have anything to do with tonight's glitch...just venting about the bad luck my poor old 2nd acct is going through)...I did manage to get twilight & charisma on my main acct though, but no cute little teacup!! :'( Please fix my game!! :(

It was a glitch faced by all DS players but now solved. Elsa (forum admin) has asked few players to reboot their game and mobile too I think. Try that.

Amazon was given as a prize after finishing a tournament a long time ago, it's also the first champion type dragon in my long list of champions, which is why i always choose it to battle :D

On one hand Thanks TL for fixing the issue even we lost precious hrs of game. I had to restart my device this morning and then open my game and it the tournament was there :-) On the other hand I can not believe that they put me 1 rd behind were I was. I was ready to start battle in RD21 and tournament put me back in Rd20. I guess after all problems and issues one rd behind I can take BUT now I can not pass rd20 , seriously???? The dragon I sued to pass before the glitch is being defeated 2x and the other dragons r defeated too. So I hope I do not stay stuck in this level after I passed or I will be really mad :-# So Yes you fix the glitch (thanks again) but No I was not my correct level and now I am stuck in the level down. Yauza!!!!!

Decided I wasn't going to worry about the glitch and went to bed. Figured (hoped) it would be sorted out by morning. My hopes were answered, mostly. Tournament was where it was before the Troubles. However, I did lose the round I had won before I lost the icon. Lost when replaying the first the time this morning, then won on the second go. (Champs changing imply a loss.) I guess I lost time for maybe two, three rounds. Not much worse than a few losses in the Arena and then I would have dragons to heal.

Basically everyone lost a night or a morning depending on your time zone due to the glitch, I think we can still make it on time since it was only a few hours, but I agree with you, I really hate it when glitches happen in the middle of something like a tournament

I know for a fact the probabilities/math don't add up in the tournaments.

I think this time, yes, people werent losing so the current code/database wasnt "right" and they had to fix it.

I think the TL games are great. They've done a wonderful job...but I also dont know of another gaming company that is as brazen with trying to get people to make microtransactions (buy gold). If they were fair to the players Id think the players would buy more gold. Who wants to buy gold when it will get stolen right back with a gold trap...and support wont restore the gold? The tournament math doesn't add up. They release really great arena dragons like the Rainbow Sentinel only to certain devices and even certain OS on certain devices then want players who literally could not get the dragon pay $30-40 in gold for it to get it.

Im hoping they add time to the current tourney. I basically lost a day...im sure others did too.

TL , we love your games and you do a good job with them... but it would be nice if you were fair to your player base. Thats the way you will get trust and loyalty and the transactions you covet.

Elsa, I pm'd you the info on my 2nd acct at what, 1 something this morning...it's still NOT fixed!!! I'm still stuck on rd 2 ... I cannot battle, meaning not only can I not get the tourney dragon, but it also affects my community event because I can't get sunbeams from battling! Would SOMEONE from TL/S8 PLEASE get in touch with me & fix my 2nd acct!! This was my last pm to you Elsa at 1:56am this morning...to which I got no response back: I was on round 13 on both accounts...I got the tourney icon back on both accts., but when I opened my main acct I was knocked back to round 11, so I only lost 2 rounds...my 2nd acct is the one I did a screenshot of. When I logged into it, it had knocked me back to round 2, but the opponent dragon doesn't show up, and if I choose my fighter and hit the 'battle' button it doesn't do anything. And as I said, I've already powered my tablet off and back on a couple of times now...didn't help.

I was expecting to see an update on page 1 stating the increase in time for event because I don't have the time to read through 20 plus pages of issues from yesterdays disaster. However, I do not see an update on page 1 post 1. Interesting. Any body heard from Elsa, Kooky, or Regina on this one?

So many are still having issues with the tournament. It's too bad! I think TL should consider giving everyone the dragon for free. The only people who would be upset are the ones who spent gold to get through the tournament faster, but they would have done that regardless. Did everyone notice there is free upgraded breeding though?

So many are still having issues with the tournament. It's too bad! I think TL should consider giving everyone the dragon for free. The only people who would be upset are the ones who spent gold to get through the tournament faster, but they would have done that regardless. Did everyone notice there is free upgraded breeding though?

I've been having major issues with my 2nd account since all this started last night...Elsa responded, asked me to PM her...I did at 1:42am and have heard nothing back, nor has anything been done to fix my 2nd acct! So, not only am I missing out on the tourney on that acct, but it is also affecting my ability to earn sunbeams for the community event! :( I've sent her yet another PM, AND I've posted again in this thread!! Someone needs to do something!! Getting REALLY aggravated!! :mad:

On one of my games it keeps making beat each one twice. Round 4,5,and now 6. What is up with this? At this rate there is no way to win.

In the later rounds, every time I win, I travel to the Arctic Isles to avoid what I call "do overs" that happen so often in this game. Also, when doing the regular quest for gold, if I get a gold, I travel.
It's a great idea. I do not have Artic Isles, so I visit my neighbours. I think it's a way to save the game.

It's been almost 24 hours now since this whole fiasco began, and 18 hours since Elsa asked me to PM her (which I did), and nothing has been fixed, nor have I even had the courtesy of a response! I think I've been pretty patient considering I didn't post anything about it again until around 3pm this afternoon...trying to give you time to correct things. I'd really like to know if ANYONE is even working on my 2nd account or not as it seems as though everyone else's tourneys are back up and running!

Looks like I'm maybe the only one that didn't notice any glitches at all... Saw it on the battle-calculator-site, decided to look here and saw 65 pages... Which is far more than usual for a tournament.

I lost a few early rounds (which I don't mind, usually it's a sign that later rounds are going to be easy. Am at Skeleton now, and no significant losses so far *knock on wood*. No use for me to post my winnings, I only use the calculator and have far too many unbreedables and such to be helpfull to others.

My first boosted breeding is a Luck Dragon, so I'm not lucky at breeding ;)

The downtime and extension worked out well for me, giving me time to heal up.

This is easily the worst luck I've ever had in the arena. I've only 1-rounded 4 dragons so far, everything else has taken 2-5 tries (even where I should have had >80% odds). I'm up to Helios, and already down 6 epic diamond-types that (should) have a 55% or greater chance at winning. Losing two epic champs to birthstone (the 1st of 5) really set the tone.

I guess someone has to be balancing out the probability distribution :(.

I used Island epic this time, Bm. On previous tourneys, I used Spirit Warrior and Devil. Noted that Spirit Warrior and Island have the same blue colour and they did a very good job. Many players here used Landworm and I also had ever won with Devil before (same red-green super rare), so I suggest u to use either blue color dragon or red-green superrare whatever it is, good luck! :)

So happy the Beastmaster is mine! Rapunzel took him down. It was very easy tournament for me, I didn't loose more than three times against any dragon. So happy I avoided the horrible glitches.

So sorry to read this. Have u tried to restart ur device? Try to restart ur device before u do a rematch after healed either Landworm, Spirit Warrior, or Island. You can also try Devil dragon if you have one. Good luck! :)

I tried restarting two or three times. Lost 14th & 15th Battles with Diamond and Water BUT on the 16th try I was VICTORIOUS!!!!! With Epic Diamond!!!!!!! At least with the extension I have 4 days to win 5 more battles.
