It showed up, and while it was hunting for a spot to place it, it disappeared.

It's more likely that it's either in your inventory or it is on the board and you can't see it. You may have to wait until collection time and wait to see a bobbing icon above your missing pooch.

I'll come and check your board if you like - sometimes another set of eyes can be helpful.

Edit: no, sorry couldn't see him.... double check inventory and let me know how you got on. :)

Your Frenchie should be in your Kingdom and not your inventory. Sounds like he wants to play some hide and seek with you. Let me know if you're still having trouble finding him and I'll help you look! :)
