Is there a way to find out someones star rating before adding as a nbr? I'm getting burned by low-star people I add. They tip once and I never see them again. Happening quite a bit & getting frustrating!

If someone wants me to add them, I send them my Id if they are on a lower level than me.
I tell them that I only accept people with a 4 level. If I do add and do not see them in 3-4 days I delete them.
