confused about items

okay so I went to tip neighbours and I went into someones bakery and I seen some candy items like a candy dispenser (which I really want!) and an android robot. I'm not even sure I've seen these before in updates. I was wondering where these came from.

I believe they are box items.

I also seen a donut arcade machine! i don't think the android robot is from the candy box
