Do they ever respond to any of the complaints and frustrations on here? I get no real answers through email.

They really do have lives outside of work you know. The issues will, hopefully, be addressed by Monday.

What problems are you having? Is it something we can help you with here?

In fact they respond, but they have lives outside of work, so yeah, they will only respond between Monday and Friday. If you ask something to the admins or even send an email to TL in the end of Friday, you will only have an answer on Monday, after all, they have the right has many other company's to "close" during the weekend.
