Unfortunately, there is a 99.8% chance of not getting your gold back. This has happened to almost every player at one time. I learned my lesson to click away from anything that has a chance of stealing my gold as I also lost 500 in a food purchase once when I was just about to buy a gold dragon that had been on sale. They have no confirmation of purchase like so many have asked for because players happiness is last on their list. I play 1 other game from a different company and the service and support and how the actually change game aspects based upon customer feedback is unbelievable, makes me actually spend money to support them whereas here, I stopped giving my money to a company that has zero customer satisfaction.

Or you are REALLY LUCKY and get someone REALLY NICE or just say goodbye to your gold..


Question of comfirmation is something that every player wants, TL? Does not, why? Because when people lose gold like this, a couple of them buy gold right a way.

This very thing happened to my in Fantasy Forest a month or so back. It happened when I wasn't even looking at my phone... I took a drink & when some of it spilled, I instinctively pushed my phone-holding-arm away. After spending 5 seconds wiping up the spill, I returned to my game to find a box stating I had purchased 170,000 food (at the cost of 1,000 gems).

I didn't even bother emailing TL because everyone says it's pointless. If you do email them, let us know how it turns out!

TL mostly responds with no refund, it's very rare if they do it for you.

I've also lost over 1000 gold due to pressing it accidentally, so I know how you feel.

Well, no refund no more getting my hard earned money for some game and some people that doesn't appreciate there players... And i will move on to play another game thatbdoesnt have a storm8 tag on it...
This is really upsetting and is called stealing in my dictionary...

I've done it. I was playing and fell asleep. I woke up with 1000 gold gone and a ton of food. Nothing worse then that feeling when you realize you've just lost a ton of gold that you were planning on using in a much different way. I was sick about it. No, no replacement. No refund. What's so frustrating is how easy it is to do! It wasn't my first lost gold issue. But it was certainly the largest and most painful one. Sorry you lost to your gold. The mistake allowed me to epic many dragons but it's not worth the loss! Chin up!!!!

Hi! Few months ago I experience this kind of incident and TL was able to respond and gave back my gold. I suggest you email them with your account details (gold amt before it happened vs the new amount, level number, acct name, coins amount, food amount before the purchase vs current amount of food) and explain them what happened. Wait for their response around 2-3 days. I hope this helps. :)

thank you glenngenius, that sure got my hopes up a bit, i sure hope i can get it back.. it's pretty unfair and that's something no one intend on doing it (paying that amount of gold, for something u can get for free, and the worst part is that i have over 300000 food in my account before the purchase, so that is so obvious i didnt wanna spend my gold there :mad: )

This game when it comes to gold, it's really stupid and disgusting.

We try to save gold, we spent months doing that, and then a fu*kiing gold trap appears. Is there a confirmation button? No. We spent months collecting gold and in less than 1 fu*king minute, we spent more than a half on food that we don't care or even in coins that are even worse!

Congrats TL, well played. Disgusting options from a big company that should be fair with their players.

Gabz50, last year, I had around 550 to 600 and in 1 second I had around 60 I think, I don't remember the amounts now, this was in the beginning of last year, talked with TL because I did not had any pop ups, and guess where I spent my gold? I spent my gold without even see any pop ups because my game frozen in soccer balls in the World Event about futebol, perfect, when I always win this events without spending any gold. Talked with TL and there you go:

I know, it is quite disappointing this is how they treat their players, I was mad as well, but luckily my gold was from saving and didn't pay with money, it would be worse if I paid with money

It's what other players call gold trap, it's VERY easy to lose gold by mistake and the sad part is there's no refund for it.

Fastforward 2 months later, she and I switched phones and I started playing her previous game cuz I didnt know about the login feature. Everything was fine until one day my game crashed and I lost 100 gems and got 2,500,000. coins. I attempted to email again and was told they would only do a 1 time reversal and since there was one done before when my sis was playing this game, they wouldn't do it again! So now I dont buy gems/gold. I was so upset and stopped playing for a while. But I connected with so many people, I started playing again to connect with them again.

Everything was fine until one day my game crashed and I lost 100 gems and got 2,500,000. coins. I attempted to email again and was told they would only do a 1 time reversal and since there was one done before when my sis was playing this game, they wouldn't do it again! So now I dont buy gems/gold. I was so upset and stopped playing for a while. But I connected with so many people, I started playing again to connect with them again.

I never had a refund, and already had 2 gold and 1 gem traps, 2 in DS and 1 in RS2, and everytime I had a gold trap, my game just frozen and did not had any pop up where I had the option to spent gold/gem.

So I'm with zaccy678, if TL only refunds 1 in a time I should had at least 1 refund, but instead of that TL refused to refund me in 1 of the 3 traps that I already had. I love how the rules exist but there are people that show not exist because do what the fu*k they want.

Hi! Actually, I thought I wouldn't get a game reversal as well, but I still decided to email them and informed about my incident. I was glad they responded. Sorry to hear that you weren't able to get a refund. :(

No worries. I also experienced the same thing so I hope I can help you with my suggestion. There's no harm in trying, anyway. As long as you will politely inform them about the incident (and it was your first time reporting), I suppose they will grant your request. I hope you do get back your gold 'cause yeah, to accidentally spend gold on something you didn't like to purchase is unfair and frustrating.

I also got the same response that they would only do a 1-time reversal. I had experienced gold traps before but I didn't report since I could bear losing a small amount of gold that time. But to lose 1000 gold for 260000 food is ridiculous. I was really not expecting anything but I tried my luck. Luckily, they responded and gave my gold back (and they took away the wrong purchase).
