So anxious!!!

I started playing this game in 2013 but later had problems with phone memory so had to uninstall the game.
This year i downloaded the game on my Tab and had to start from beginning but I some how got the saved data back and am continuing with it.
So far, while playing the game I noticed some difference in the expansion tab, there are items labelled "Music Box", "Swedish Gift" , "Classic Kitchen" and so on. May I know what they are and how those items work?

These a special boxes that you can buy. When you buy for 24 gems, you will receive ONE random item from the box. The common items are easier to get then the rare items.
You can also receive duplicate items.

For example, if one buys an "Island Chest" he/she has to spend minimum 216 gems* since that box contains 9 different items.

So these items are mostly bought by people who buy game gems for real money!!

*Assuming that person is lucky
