Kingdom inn drop rate?

Hi, I am at the point where the wisps I need are at the point where I am not able to keep up with demand unless I start hitting more rocks (have actually run out if coal for the first time), so have considered building the kingdom mine to take some of the pressure off since I need do much lumin right now. I am wondering if it will be worth it and what the drop rate is, also whether the items will be useful for me since I am a newer player. Thanks for your help.

Thanks Katbtodd that's what I wanted to know, I will just keep making them rpand use the space for something else that will be more useful to me right now.
