Assistant for additional cash register?

I just today bought another cash register for my bakery to disperse the number of ppl that I had who were going to my one register at the time. Now...if I"m allowed to purchase another register, how do I go about "hiring" an assistant to run that register?

Nvmd...read different thread, I just need to place a floor decoration like "Farmer's Saleswoman" as a "prop" to act as a cashier behind the register

A person automatically goes behind the first register but if you buy more registers they don't.

You can put a figure behind the register if you want to but they do work fine without anything there. I put a figure there as I think it looks better though.
