What do I use the wasabi for? Got it level 49 but can't find a use for it.

You can craft them into wasabi paste or spicy wasabi paste in the sushi machine. :)

at level 52, you'll unlock sashimi which will require 2 tuna, 2 salmon, 1 wasabi paste.

wasabi paste sells well too in the newspaper
