Birthday Mailbox

I bought the mailbox. I had 170ish gems, so after my purchase I had 150ish.

I placed the mailbox and got my reward of ten gems.

Then the game reloaded and my mailbox was gone. My gems are also gone - I'm back down to 150ish.

The mailbox is not in my cellar.

My goal to buy the mailbox is also gone. So if I buy it again I won't get the rebate.

I had the same problem, lost my mailbox and the 20 gems. I tried purchasing a second time and same thing happened. So I am out 40 gems with no mailbox to show for it. My goal is still there, it reset when game reset I guess

Same here, only I purchased the mailbox and gift boxes. Both are gone and so are my gems!

I purchased the mailbox. 20 gems was removed No mailbox and no bonus gems plus loss of 20 gems

My email to support was on Thursday. 3 days ago. you said you were looking into it 2 days ago. I am still missing gems and mailbox plus RSVPs it would have dropped. I am forced to try to spend more gems and buy the mailbox again. Hope it works this time
