Will vineyard drop corks/barrels after June 29?

Given history, I'd say no. Once a timed event ends the item(s) not found in normal game play used to level up event specific buildings are no longer available and unfinished event buildings will stay as they are (and only drop coins) or can be advanced via gems (the number depending on how many missing parts you need).

After I got mine to Level 10 it stopped dropping corks and barrels but drops grapes 68 of them and other stuff.

Nope, those items won't drop after the event ends on June 29th. You can still upgrade it if you want by getting those items with Gems.
