How can i block or do something about a 10 yr old bullier? I am on android & dont have a block feature

She's right. Just send a message to support@storm8.com. What I personally always do when some bully comes to my wall is ignore him/her. If you don't reply to them, they won't have a link to your wall which is why they probably won't be able to come back (unless they find your link on some other person's wall).
