Could not connect to game....

Trying to play a game, would not let me connect into game but still took my tickets off me twice. 32 tickets I lost. Hard enough trying to get all the collection in Fast 5 Railroad as it is without loosing tickets.

It just told me to play a game of bingo as I'd complete a candy game for 30 gems. I played the game said id been given the 30 gems.but I haven't. I've just got the 10 I already had.
