Missing White Magic Dragon

I purchased the starter pack with coins, food, and white magic dragon. I was charged, the message popped up that said it was successful and that the items were added to my account. I know I saw the food added to the total for sure. But when I went to my storage to get the dragon it isn't there. I am playing on an iPhone 5 running iOS version 8.3. It makes me wonder if I'm missing other dragons I have gotten but not put out immediately. If someone could take a look I would appreciate it. Thank you for your hard work and assistance.

I have already done so numerous times. I even deleted and reinstalled the game but still nothing. I emailed support already as well and all I have received is the canned email response. Hopefully I get a human to look at it soon but thank you for replying to my message.
