My Vineyard Estate...huh?

For the "Fine Countryside Dining" quest, I'm trying to upgrade the Vineyard Estate and I can't. I click on the Vineyard Estate just like any other building I want to upgrade, but the window doesn't pop up that shows me what level the building is.

I've already prepared a Hearty Feast, so this is the only thing left to do before completing the quest.

What am I missing?

Force-close your game, then try again.
It happens sometimes, force-closing the game should fix the problem.
Besides, you need corks and barrels, collected from the vineyard itself, to up grade :)
