I paid $4.99 twice for energy and while playing, the app is force closed and my energy is taken away. This has just recently happened. I'm on stage 144 Would like a refund

Sorry to hear about that! When you start a new game, make sure you have force closed the app since your previous session and that you have a stable internet connection. If you are using multiple devices to play the games, please be sure to have force-closed each session.

This exact thing happened to me as recently as last night ! It is very upsetting when you get so FEW lives to play anyway. I ALWAYS start with a fresh app (after my five lives are gone I close the game). My ID is Yorkeme. It doesn't happen often but it's still not cool to loose what few game play lives you get. I was using the regular lives not using gold to play. No refund being asked for but it would be nice on your part to give us players our lost lives back!

My game also just closed Down mid level. Had played two levels without issues and then it just happened. Rather annoying when it is your last energy...

Xanethi, sorry you had this problem too! ARGH! I feel your pain my friend! I get so frustrated with Storm8 support. Here is my email to them and their pitiful response to it!

Hi Emily,
Thank you for your report of this issue. This can sometimes occur due to a "Sync Error". When this happens, you may notice your coins disappearing, items you just bought or crafted may appear to be lost, or you may lose Collectables you just picked up. This usually happens because your game has reverted a couple minutes back to a previous save of your progress.
As a temporary workaround, we recommend that you first restart the game before resuming play on your device. This can be done by restarting your device, or manually stopping the app.
After you've done this, please restart the app. Your game should be displaying the correct progress now.
Unfortunately, we are unable to restore any lost coins, items, or collectables during Sync Errors. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

As I said in my post I ALWAYS close my game when finished with my five lives. While I did purchase gold AFTER this post for the purpose of extending my play.

Sounds Like they Think you play castle story and not diamond story. Atleast from the copy/paste answer

Yeah, that's what I thought. Goes to show you they don't even look at your account beforehand to see what games you are even playing. I get so darn frustrated with Storm8 support.
