This isn't a bug. The gate keeper keys are used to craft a gate keeper dragon. These keys can only be found by winning arena battles. Since, during this tournament you are winning battles, you'll be rewarded with gate keeper keys to craft a fre keeper dragon. They are two different dragons. I hope I made sense!

I'm new-what do the B or M stand for after the name or win?

B stands for bash and M stands for magic. Some people capitalize these letters based on the amount of damage is done in the battle. For example if you hit your opponent with a bash and it does a critical hit with 50% or more damage that would be consider a "B". I hope this helps. Good luck!

wow.. another tournament...it seems we just completed mining foe gatekeeper and presently idol dragon..also, we just finished the quest for the dark crystal and now we battle for the right to claim Warrior Princess. TL how about giving us a little break so we can catch up to all these games /quest and touranments and maybe we can evolve them to epics.....lol...good luck to all!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dragons need sleep and rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't hatch the eggs I get from events, questing and tournaments since months. Only those that are extremely usefull in the arena get hatched and lvl to Epic. All dragons I breed or craft and that are not extremely usefull in the arena stay at lvl 7. No need to evolve them anyway.

I have almost 100 eggs in storage, and this one will go there too. I like collecting them, but as long as TL/S8 doesn't give extra space for habitats AND extra habitats, I'm not gonna breed them. I have 6 Epic Champions, and a couple lvl 4 & lvl 7, and that's fine for me. I don't need an extra, would have liked to have something else than another Champion.


Tournament-tactics for beginning players:
On the first page of this thread is the complete list of opponents you're gonna face. Write it down, and use the battle-calculator to see how your chances are against each opponent.

Count the number of opponents which only have a 15 or 10% chance. See if you have enough gold to use ultimate in ALL those 10-15% chance battles (remember: you get 5 gold in round 15, 20 and 25). If you don't have enough gold to buy yourself through the 10-15% rounds, DO NOT use ultimate, unless you manage to get to round 30 without spending gold. If you do have enough gold, and you don't have a champion yet: Go for it! Face those 10-15% opponents with your best dragons and, if you don't deal a critical hit in the first 2 strikes, use ultimate instead of the third strike, the first time you encounter the dragon in the arena.

This way you save massive amounts of time (you don't have to battle the same dragon over and over again), you save a looong waiting line for the spa, you keep more healty dragons for other rounds, and you save yourself quite some frustration.

Plus, you're sure you will get your much wanted first Champion! Which will be a very great warrior in the next tournament, so that one will be easier for you.

This was my tactics from the first time I participated in the tournaments - and I never lost 1 tournament.

Honestly, I would have been glad if I lost 2-4 battles in the first 10 rounds... I've noticed that the later rounds are easier to me when I've lost a few rounds in the early stages of the Tournament. If I get through the first 10 rounds without any losses, I'm sure the later rounds will be hard for me...

It's just a hunch, nothing can be proven, but this has proven to me true time and time again.

B stands for bash and M stands for magic. Some people capitalize these letters based on the amount of damage is done in the battle. For example if you hit your opponent with a bash and it does a critical hit with 50% or more damage that would be consider a "B". I hope this helps. Good luck!

Yes, if you win all 30 rounds you get the dragon egg as a prize at the end. You hatch it, feed it, evolve it and voila! Warrior Princess is all yours.

Honestly, I would have been glad if I lost 2-4 battles in the first 10 rounds... I've noticed that the later rounds are easier to me when I've lost a few rounds in the early stages of the Tournament. If I get through the first 10 rounds without any losses, I'm sure the later rounds will be hard for me...

It's just a hunch, nothing can be proven, but this has proven to me true time and time again.

Yes I think you're right, I'm the same way. The Round 1 to 15 without loss is not good, because in later rounds from round 20 I'm beginning to hours against the same opponent struggling and out of frustration I buy gold and use Ultimate to get ahead. In this tournament Bladewing and Valkyrie Champion is in the process I have gained only 1 to 2 times without Ultimate against them. I also have difficulties against the diamond, Anubis, etc. in the tournament where I already know that if it goes well 3x fight to defeat this or need any longer. Good luck, it is again a heavy tournament :D

This isn't a bug. The gate keeper keys are used to craft a gate keeper dragon. These keys can only be found by winning arena battles. Since, during this tournament you are winning battles, you'll be rewarded with gate keeper keys to craft a fre keeper dragon. They are two different dragons. I hope I made sense!

It makes perfect sense :) I was having a "stupid" moment because I knew this all along...

So far, no trouble (crosses fingers) until Aries - easily beaten by Fire 9 on my fairly new just turned 40 account, lost twice on my 58 main account including Epic Fire to Aries. Battles are much easier on the newer one. I didn't mark down the winners but have used Sorceress with success on both (forgot which rounds as it's way too early to be up now and logging in two accounts with a broken keyboard). Lollipop was also helpful in earlier rounds along with Storm.

I beat Bladewing with my Landworm lvl 10 with a B. You could try Life. Someone told me a long time ago that when you get stuck on the same opponent, to restart your device. I beat Bladewing with my Landworm lvl 10 with a B. You could try Life. Someone told me a long time ago that when you get stuck on the same opponent, to restart your device. Idk why but this has always helped me. So my advice would be to heal your Landworm or use Life and restart your device right before you try yo battle Bladewing again. Good luck!

Do u have any other pink-purple dragon if yes try that. I checked wiki and it shows lollipop, bubble gum, mistmoth etc having good chances. Do u have any newly released dragon (mining or arena or breedable or event one) if yes try that too. Plus many players when kept missing do a trick by restarting mobile n removing or not removing I don't remember exactly the game cache. I really hope u knock it down. If nothing works switch to basic elements n one color dragons. Like Lacewing worked for me so it must be weak against purple or pink or both. All the best hun

I got it with Aether (10) mmM. You should also try Guardian if you have it. The breeding calculator also suggests using double or triple rainbow, lacewing, Twilight and Berserker.

As some of my neighbors know, i'm in hospital but I have been playing. Got round 20 (Valkyrie) with epic Cleopatra and round 21 (Infinity) with epic Gold. No lost dragons in these two rounds.

I've noticed that what works well for me with these champs (like Valkyrie) is a strong super rare 3-color. Everyone may have a different "go to" one, mine is Cleopatra but if you find yours, it should work most of the time. Not always, but most of the time.

I lost 11 battles against Valkyrie 16 ( Lost Diamond 10 twice, Brightsteel 10, Passion 10, Infinity 3, Scorpion 10, Air 1, Fire 10, Life 1, Fire 1, Firestorm 9) and after reading your post decided to try epic Divine, which is super rare and has pink that seemed to work for some other players. I won bM! I'm so happy it finally worked, I also restarted my android twice.

OH THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Took your advice and Valkyrie went down one by one on my 4 games like magic. I used Snap, Snap, Double Rainbow, Lollipop...couldn't believe my eyes.

so bMm would be bash, magic (critical hit) and magic.

In this instance the opponent dragon was defeated in three strikes, with the second strike delivering the most damage aka the critical hit and finally the third strike knocked the opponent dragon out.

Epic Rainbow Sentenial took him down in 2 hits. This tournament has gone way too easy for me. I have only lost 1 round. It makes me really nervous because I have never had this much luck. I'm thinking the last few rounds are going to **** me.

Just completed round 21 and have one loss so far - round 11 where epic Divine lost to Iridescent-8, but Black Swan mopped up. Anubis - a hated opponent since he stonewalled me in my first tournament - is next.

Congrats to everyone on their wins.

To anyone stuck on a round, just keep trying. Sometimes you need to pick something oddball, like a level 1 or use a basic color (fire, water, air, forest) instead of a champ, diamond or whatever. And don't be afraid to re-try a dragon that previously lost once it's come out of the spa. Sometimes it takes it a second go round to win and get unstuck (I learned that lesson with Black Diamond in the Brightsteel tournament).
