I see some neighbors have luxury and Eco condos. But I cannot find them to purchase. Where are they buying these businesses? I also saw a graveyard but am nable to find it.

The codo's are in one of the first magic boxes that TL offered (not sure if they are still available) they are/where 24 city cash each time you open the box, but there are other things in the box so, you can't choose what you want. Sort of like a grab bag.
