This is my last ditch effort before going to apple for a refund. I have already emailed three times to customer service in the "Contact Us" form. I have not received a response at all.
I bought 50 gems for 9.99. I was planning to buy some valentines chair and table. I had previously purchased a valentines treasure box and received the heart string. After I bought my 50 gems I saw the heart string in my inventory that could be purchased for 0 coins and 0 gem, so I placed a few in my bakery. When I was done, I only had 5 gems!
I have attached a picture so you understand why I thought I could place more in my bakery.
