Help!!!!! How do I complete the Belle of the Ball to unleash Gran-Gran???

You have to finish Fast Foodies (prepare/serve 20 cheese straws from barbaro oven) if you haven't yet. That will unlock Belle of the Ball goal, which is to buy 4 chairs &tables, after which gran-gran will unlock.
