Sell tiles and walls!

Is there a way to sell the tiles and walls in my storage?

No. You can replace them buy buying new ones and the old ones will go into storage so you can use them again but you can't sell them. And when you sell items that are able to be sold, you only get 10% of their value so it't better to store for future use.
