Can you play restaurant story on ipad and iphone with same data interchangeably?

I am playing restaurant story on my ipad and now I just bought an iphone and wondering if I can play it on iphone with same account with all the saved data from ipad interchangeably? I would like to play it on ipad while I am home and on iphone when I am outside... I tried to do this but maybe I did some wrong, I have to start a new game on iphone...

Storm8 accounts are tied to the device. It is impossible to have more than one storm8 account on one device and also impossible to have one storm8 account on two devices simultaniously.
You will have to have 2 separate storm8 id's thus two separate restaurants.

Kind of sucks but my understanding is that this is like this to prevent abuse/*****ing.
