Saws disappearing!

Hi there,

Is anyone else having issues receiving saws?

I have received quite a few after completing plane orders, but when I go to cut down the ash trees, it shows I don't have any. It's happened quite a few times recently. :(

I'm on Android and at level 50.

Sorry to hear that! We've taken a look at your account and see quite a few sync errors. Before you complete and after you complete a delivery, please make sure that your progress is saved by going to a neighbour's farm. This should save your progress and you should see your saws if you have received them from your deliveries. :) Hope that helps.
