Frequency of building sales

Hi farmers,

I don't know if this question was asked before, because I checked many threads and did not find any info on this. Does anyone know how frequently these building sales are put up? like once a month or once in 2 months?

I started playing farm story 2 at the end of this Feb and saw buildings sale in my initial levels(not sure whether the sale was in February end or March first week). The next sale was in April. Does this mean there is one every month?

Please share your insight on this if someone has observed any pattern for it or if there is an approximate predicted time the sales come up.

Same question for Pets sale also..

I've only seen them happen on special occasions, like Black Friday, Xmas or birthday milestones. They're definitely not a monthly occurrence. And the percentage of sales does change. I couldn't also guarantee you'll see one this year for Black Friday either since they mix them up in some of their other games.
