Have items need for building rustic objects like wood etc in the store room why can't I use them?

The constructable items in your Storage cannot be taken out. When you purchase an item that requires you to build it (hammer icon), when you open up the pop-up, it will tell you how many parts you need. If you already have some parts in your Storage, it will count towards the total.
