Problem in gifts and requesting materials

Hi,


I have noticed that recently I collect around 17/18/19 gifts and it says full for neighbours to gift me but we can collect 20 gifts in a day right??? So what can you do about the other 1/2/3 gifts I miss so that I can be able to collect 20 gifts......
And when I request for materials they get sent to my neighbours the next day after reset only... If I request on Monday it goes on Tuesday... What's the use when I have to keep a stove unbuilt as requests go next day.....

I play on android and iOS device and using latest versions only...

Only 20 requests go out per day....if you send more that anything past the first day will get sent on the next day, up to 20 and so on til they are all sent. As far as not getting all 20 gifts daily, seems some just disappear....so do some requests.
