Blank gem sale screen

When I click on the gem sale tag in upper left of my restaurant screen it's blank so I cannot see the different sale option for the gems and no way to purchase them. In my bakery that gem sale screen is fine. Any reason and will it be fixed before sale ends?

Can you try deleting and reinstalling the game? Also, try leaving the in-app purchase window open for several minutes to see if this fixes the issue?

I tried leaving the in-app purchase window open for a few minutes and that worked. Thank you!
