Game only loads backgound

The game opens, but only loads the background (green grass and a few trees). All my buildings and characters are nowhere to be seen. The energy count, gems and coins are still there and show accurately
Game name: rrp (ronirp) and I am using an android
I have tried closing and reopening the game and even restarted the phone -still the issue persists
