No clip board or new goals

My clip board is gone, no new goals. Sometimes the game will pop up old goals I have finished. What's going on???

There are currently no new goals offered. Once a new goal gets released you will see your clipboard again.

I thought when a new goal came out it stayed there for about 30 days? no?

Yes right now there is a new goal (birthday party in bs and horse racing in rs)
Once you complete this goal the clipboard will disappear until next month.
The spring garden and the duck pond are not goals even though they appear on the clipboard.
