No Candy Apple Tree

I had the notice for receiving the candy apple tree, but when I placed it the game restarted and, noticing that the tree wasn't on that place anymore I went on the storage, but the tree was missing. I've tried everything, but I can't still find it. Anyone else have this problem? :confused:

I also received the message of getting the tree but it's not showing in my storage. I tried deleting and reloading app as this sometimes fixes some glitches I have experience, but that didn't work. Anyone else not receive their tree??
