Large Emerald: 3/10
Big Ruby: 4/10
Large Topez: 2/10
Large Sapphire: 2/10

I'm pretty sure you get them from the troll pit, or some where else troll related.

Do we use them in any quests that you're aware of? I just think it's weird we can only have ten.

They mostly come from the troll vault. They are used in some quests, but that was long ago. So maybe the need will come back once.

I don't pay much attention to them. I have a complete set, 10 of each. All I get is the black banner when one pops out.
