Movie Theater Seats

I have not unlocked Movie Theater Seats as of yet and am at level 50.
What does it take to unlock them?
I also currently do not have any goals to complete yet many things are still locked.

This was part of an old set of goals that has expired. Unfortunately, the Movie Theater Seats are not available unless you had previously unlocked them. Sorry!

Oh well. wish I would have never spent all the coins on getting my movie theater set up. Just doesn't look right with regular chairs.
