I have reached level 99 however I have not completed all the goals, is there a way I can get to the goals that I have not completed

Afraid not :( I wasn't able to get the Valentines goal main prize because the server wasn't compatible with the software then. If you don't complete the goals, the items will say GOAL or recipes will say locked/goal.
