In-app purchase failed for Starter Pack 2

I made an in-app purchase in Restaurant Story 2: Starter Pack 2 with order #M1KX4Z9FQQ. But the purchase did not come up on my account, though it says that the purchase has succeed. I have reported problem twice to Apple, but no any updates to my email. Any help?
