When I try to purchase gems I get a message saying "this in-app purchase has already been made and will be restored for free." But, the gems do not show up on my account. This has happened three times now.

When I try to purchase gems I get a message saying "this in-app purchase has already been made and will be restored for free." But, the gems do not show up on my account. This has happened three times now.

Please try to force-close the app and reopen to see if it will cause the purchase to go through. You can also try signing out of your Apple ID and signing back in. Please email support@storm8.com for assistance with this matter, thank you!
