No Bubblegum Dragon

I got the notice that we all won the bubblegum dragon yesterday. But when I went to put it on the nest today, it isn't in storage. Anyone else have this problem? Will he come back? :(

I tried restarting the game & the phone. I also reinstalled the game. Nothing. I just sent an email to support. Hopefully they can help! Thanks!
