transfer game to new device

Hello, I just purchased a new android phone and want to move my game progress from my old android but when I put my username in it says it is already in use. How can I transfer the progress to the new phone? the support ID on the old phone says KUSURRV. I installed the game on the new phone and it's support id is JJUXYPU.

By using a game shown in post 1, you can move your games over.
