Luana not dropping many coins

Luana isn't dropping many coins. Just left 3 coins, I don't believe I have seen drop of more than 20 coins.

Luana shouldn't be leaving that small of an amount of Coins. She does also leave Gems and Quick Serves in smaller amounts. You also may have tapped on a a few tipped tables which give you coins. Could this be what you saw?

No I tapped the symbol above her head, I only receive small amounts of coin, but I do receive the gem or quick serve as well

That's good to hear! Then the +3 coins you see is probably from another customer after they stand up from a table to leave.

No it's from Luana I've watched the total number of coins I have as I tap her

I've sent the email and was told she may drop 2 coins be time and more or less the next. I'm only getting 2 coins dropped each time where as other players are getting a lot more than that

How many are other players getting? The 2 coins is the amount you get that is dependent on the food she is eating. If you serve one of your customers water, you can get a few more bonus coins.
