Purchased value pack but not showing up..

I purchased a value pack which included 40 quick serves. None of the things I purchases showed up on the game. When I emailed support, they stated that the record shows I received the items. I tried force quitting and deleting, but the items are not showing up. Does anyone have any ideas? I feel so *****ed, and the support is basically calling me a liar.
