Challenges?

Why are some people not included in the challenges? I have a friend who said she was told, "Not everyone is invited!" Is this true?:p Not very fair if this is true.:mad: I saw she didn't have as many things on her farm as I do. What gives? :confused:

It's not that everyone isn't invited..... You just have to be at a certain level

Also, I have a number of neighbours who play on an android device and not all the game features are available to that device, including events.
