Luana does not show up after initial unlock

This is either a sad joke or a bug. After spending time to unlock the cruise ship challenge Luanda visited only once and dropped 500 coins. She has not reappeared since last night which could only mean that she was either only meant for a one time show or its a bug.

I'd like someone to check to see if this is a bug.
